Meet Jess Walkinshaw
Positive Psychology Practitioner, Coaching Psychologist & Counsellor
With over 14 years of experience in education, primarily within the performing arts and working as a school counsellor, Jessica brings passion and expertise to her role as a coach and therapist. She is dedicated to helping others build resilience, discover their strengths, and achieve their goals in an ever-evolving world. Holding a Master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, Jessica is also accredited by the EMCC and Positive Psychologists UK.
As one half of The Mindset Coaches, Jessica, alongside Lianne, is committed to empowering individuals to unlock their potential. She works with both young people and adults, guiding them on their journey to mental wellness and personal growth.

Meet Lianne Brown
Positive Psychology Practitioner & Coaching Psychologist

With over 15 years experience in education, predominantly as Deputy Headteacher and currently overseeing Special Educational Needs, Lianne is a passionate coach dedicated to empowering others to reach their goals, and flourish. Lianne has a Masters in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and is accredited with the EMCC and Positive Psychologists UK.
She's the other half of The Mindset Coaches, and alongside Jess, is on a mission to help individuals unlock their potential. Working with either young people or adults, Lianne has the tools to help you move from point A to B in your life.
